研究目的：

悬吊黏膜下痔切除术治疗环状混合痔在保护肛门功能，恢复肛门形态，减少术后并发症方面具有较大优势，因此有必要进一步规范手术技术操作，建立合理的评价标准，遵循循证医学原则，对悬吊黏膜下痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床有效性、安全性、适应症等采用随机、盲法、平行、对照、多中心、大样本的方法开展临床研究，形成临床规范并进一步推广应用。从而丰富中医外治法技术，推动中医外科外治法的传承、创新、发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Suspension submucosal haemorrhoidectomy treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid in protecting anal function, restore the anus form, has a larger advantage to reduce the postoperative complications and it is necessary to further standardize the operation and technical operations, to establish a reasonable evaluation standard, follow the principle of evidence-based medicine, the suspension of the submucous hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid effectiveness, safety, indications, such as using parallel, randomized, blinded, controlled, multicenter, large sample method to carry out the clinical research, clinical practice and further popularization and application.Therefore, we should enrich the technique of external treatment of TCM and promote the inheritance, innovation and development of surgical treatment of TCM surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准，痔环形脱出。
2.肛管静息压≥105mmHg。
3.年龄在18～65岁之间的病人，男女不限。
4.完成知情同意及相关告知。

Inclusion criteria

1. Compliance with diagnostic criteria, hemorrhoid ring out;
2. The static pressure of anal canal is greater than 105mmHg;
3. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 are not limited to men and women;
4. Complete informed consent and related information.

排除标准：

1.曾有肛周手术既往史者。
2.不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者。
3.合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。
4.结核性等特异性感染。
5.炎症性肠病。
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏体质或肝功能异常者。
7.正在参加其他药物临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of anal surgery;
2. Non-conforming to diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria;
3. Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system are combined with psychiatric patients;
4. Specific infections such as tuberculosis; Inflammatory bowel disease;
6. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic or liver function abnormality;
7. Subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
