研究目的：

评价应用X射线辐照异基因淋巴细胞输注治疗EBV相关淋巴增殖病的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of X - ray irradiation of allogeneic lymphocyte infusion in the treatment of EBV - associated lymphoproliferative disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1 用血细胞分离机根据密度梯度离心法采集健康供者的外周血单个核细胞。 2 DLI之前使用7.5Gy剂量的X射线辐照新鲜采集的PBMCs。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated using Ficoll?Hypaque density gradient centrifugation of blood samples from healthy donors; 2. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were irradiated with 7.5 Gy X?rays prior to donor lymphocyte infusion. 

纳入标准：

1 病理组织形态学和免疫组化确诊EBV相关淋巴增殖性疾病, 应用原位杂交检测病理EBER阳性
2 外周血EB病毒DNA阳性
3 常规治疗对外周血EBV无效
4 美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)体力状况评分0-2

Inclusion criteria

1. EBV-associated lymphoproliferative diseases are confirmed by pathology histomorphology and immunohistochemistry, and EBER positive are determined using in situ hybridization method;
2. EB virus DNA in peripheral blood is positive;
3. routine treatment of peripheral blood EBV is invalid;
4. Eastern Cancer Collaboration (ECOG) Physical Status Rating is 0-2.

排除标准：

1 曾经发生过严重的输血反应或输血相关GVHD
2 乙肝活动性感染者或HIV抗体阳性
3 患有其他任何严重活动性疾病或精神疾病的患者
4 患者已经怀孕或处于哺乳期
5 综合评估预期寿命小于3月

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients had a severe transfusion reaction or transfusion related to GVHD;
2. patients had hepatitis B active infection or HIV antibody positive;
3. patients had any other serious active or psychiatric disorder;
4. patients are already pregnant or breastfeeding;
5. Comprehensive assessment of life expectancy is less than 3 months.
