研究目的：

高血压病在中国存在治疗率、控制率低等问题，很大原因是患者担心早期、足量用药会导致药物副作用。石学敏院士创立的“司气海，调血压”针刺技术可促进血压达标，恢复血压正常节律，从而减少心脑事件。但每周5次的高频次治疗，限制了在职人员选择针刺降压。治疗频次（间隔）是影响针刺疗效的针刺量学四大要素之一，研究不同频次对降压效应的影响，为高血压患者提供个性化针刺治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Hypertension has a low rate of treatment and control in China, largely because patients fear that early and adequate medication can lead to side effects. Academician Shi Xuemin founded the "Controlling Qihai, Regulating BP" acupuncture can promote blood pressure, restore normal blood pressure rhythm, thereby reducing cardiovascular events. But 5 times a week of high frequency treatment, limiting the in-service personnel to select acupuncture decompression. The frequency of treatment (interval) is one of the four important factors that affect acupuncture efficacy. The effect of different frequencies on the antihypertensive effect is studied, and individualized acupuncture treatment program is provided for the patients with hypertension.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时符合以下4项的患者，方可纳入本项研究：
（1）在未使用降压药物的情况下，非同日3次测量血压，均SBP≥140mmHg和（或）DBP≥90mmHg；
（2）原发性高血压；
（3）30岁≤年龄≤70岁；
（4）知情同意并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

At the same time, patients with the following 4 items can be included in this study:
(1) In the absence of antihypertensive drugs, blood pressure was measured 3 times a day, SBP ≥ 140mmHg and / or DBP≥90mmHg;
(2) essential hypertension;
(3) Aged 30 to 70 years old;
(4) informed consent and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）已知或怀疑有继发性高血压者；
（2）急性期脑梗死患者；
（3）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女、育龄期妇女未采取避孕措施；
（4）合并严重肝、肾功能损害、精神疾患或造血系统疾病；
（5）针刺穴位或穴位附近皮肤有感染者；
注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with secondary hypertension are known or suspected;
(2) acute cerebral infarction patients;
(3) women who were pregnant or lactating and women of child-bearing age did not take contraceptive measures;
(4) complicated with serious liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness or hematopoietic system diseases;
(5) the infection of the skin near the acupuncture point or acupoint;
Note: any patient who meets any of the above shall be excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用epidata数据库进行原始病理及病例记录表的数据录入、保存和管理，每一个病例均有CRF表格，于研究者处保存。
