研究目的:

传统的脑电神经反馈干预药物成瘾的研究已经有近40多年的历史,但是其临床效果只能被归类成可能有效。本研究提出一种新的脑电神经反馈—基于多特征脑模式的个性化脑电神经反馈,检测该方法能否显著的改善吸烟成瘾的相关吸烟行为。  

Objectives of Study:

EEG neurofeedback which provides online feedback of brain activation to the participant for self-regulation has been widely employed in drug addiction over four decades. However, the clinical efficacy was only classified as probably efficacious. In the current study we developed a multi-feature pattern-based EEG neurofeedback and tested whether the neurofeedback could attenuate smoking-related craving and behavior in chronic smokers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.每天吸烟10支以上,连续2年;2.右利手;3.视力或者矫正视力正常;4.身体健康;5.年龄18到40岁;6.每次实验前2小时戒烟

Inclusion criteria

1. Consumed at least 10 cigarettes per day for 2 years;
2. Right handed;
3. Normal or corrected to normal vision;
4. In good health;
5. Between the ages of 18-40 years;
6. To be able to abstain from cigarettes 2 hours before each visit

排除标准:

1.慢性神经、精神或躯体疾病;2.正接受其他治疗;3.不适应脑电实验;4.其他药物成瘾(除了吸烟成瘾之外)

Exclusion criteria:

1. Chronic neurological, psychiatric, or medical conditions;
2. No current usage of psychoactive medication;
3. Are not suitable to undergo an EEG experiment;
4. Other drug dependence (except nicotine in the smokers).
