研究目的：

通过观察小儿推拿配合中药敷贴组（以下简称“推药组”）和西药组（盐酸左西替利嗪组）对2-12岁持续性中-重度变应性鼻炎患儿在经过治疗2个疗程后的尿液、鼻腔前鼻甲分泌物的非靶向代谢组学，鼻部症状（鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞）VAS评分、鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷（RQLQ）的前后比较，观察推药结合治疗小儿虚证变应性鼻炎的疗效，结合代谢组学结果，为推药治疗变应性鼻炎提供有力客观依据，并形成小儿虚证变应性鼻炎新的防治技术，便于临床推广。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare, after 2 courses of treatment, urine,non-targeted metabolomics of nasal anterior turbinate secretions, nasal symptoms (nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion) VAS score, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire ( RQLQ) by pediatric massage combined with Chinese medicine plaster group and levocetirizine hydrochloride group in 2-12 years old children with persistent moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.

纳入标准：

纳入标准
1)符合上述变应性鼻炎的诊断标准，分型为持续性中-重度。
2)年龄在2-12岁之间，性别不限。
3)无明显鼻部生理解剖异常者。
4)患儿在观察治疗期间未服用或接受对本病有影响的药物或者治疗。
5)患儿依从性好，监护人愿意配合治疗。
6)自愿参加并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
1)Should meet the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis (including the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine) and be classified as persistent moderate to severe

2)Ages 2 to 12, no gender limitation.

3)There is no obvious nasal physiological anatomy abnormality.

4)The child did not take or receive drugs or treatments that have an impact on the disease during the observation and treatment period.

5)The child has good compliance and the guardian is willing to cooperate with the treatment.

6)Patients who voluntarily participate and sign informed consent

排除标准：

排除标准：
1)不符合纳入标准的患儿。
2)对本实验方案涉及的药物或器具过敏者。
3)治疗前半个月服用过糖皮质激素类、抗组胺、免疫抑制剂等。
4)并发肺结核、支气管扩张、哮喘急性发作的患儿。
5)传染病患儿。
6)合并支气管哮喘急性发作期、严重变应性结膜炎、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、上气道咳嗽综合征、分泌性中耳炎、腺样体肥大或扁桃体肿大所致的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）。
7)未签署知情同意书者。
注:只要具备以上任何一种情形的患者，均可以排除。

1)Children who do not meet the inclusion criteria.

2)Allergic to the drugs or tools involved in this experimental protocol.

3)Have taken glucocorticoids, antihistamines, immunosuppressants, etc. half a month before treatment.

4) Children with tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, and acute asthma.

5)Children with infectious diseases.

6)With acute attack of bronchial asthma,Severe allergic conjunctivitis,Chronic rhinosinusitis,Upper airway cough syndrome,Secretory otitis media,obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) caused by enlarged tonsils

7)Those who have not signed the informed consent.

As long as the patients have any of the above conditions, they can be excluded.

将66例患者分为小儿推拿配合中药敷贴组（简称“推药组”）和西药组（盐酸左西替利嗪口服液），平衡两组例数，两组人数各为33人。两组根据诊断、纳入、排除标准，确定合格受试者后，采用简单随机化法，用数字随机表产生随机数字，参考《中西医结合科研方法学(第2版)》所介绍简单随机方法，预先编制好随机分配卡，上面写有序号、组号、治疗方法，装入不透光信封备用，信封上写上与卡号相同序号的编号，当合格的受试者进入研究时，按顺序拆开相应序号信封，根据随机卡的分组情况实施治疗方案。
