研究目的：

改善乳腺癌患者的机体循环，优化睡眠质量进而改善患者生理、心理状况，缓解疼痛及病症造成的不适，更能优化临床干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Improve the body circulation of breast cancer patients, optimize the quality of sleep and then improve the physiological and psychological conditions of patients, alleviate pain and illness caused by discomfort, can better optimize the effect of clinical intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

以164例乳腺癌手术治疗患者为研究对象，展开前瞻性研究分析。164例研究对象以随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组，各41例，参照组予以常规护理，研究组予以正念禅学减压治疗、中医穴位按摩，及联合干预3个月后，对比4组患者干预前及干预后MAAS评分、AIS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、QLQ-C30评分、护理满意度，综合评价正念禅学减压治疗联合中医穴位按摩在乳腺癌患者护理干预中的应用价值。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A prospective study was conducted in 164 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment. 164 subjects were randomly divided into control group and research group, 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The study group received mindfulness Zen decompression therapy, acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine, and three months after combined intervention. The MAAS score, AIS score, SAS score, SDS score and QLQ-C30 score of the four groups were compared before and after intervention. The application value of mindfulness Zen decompression therapy combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine in nursing intervention of breast cancer patients was evaluated comprehensively. 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁；
② 不合并有重要脏器功能障碍疾病；
③ 患者本人了解自身病情，本人及家属对本次研究知情，同意参与。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 18 years;
(2) Incompatibility with diseases with important organ dysfunction;
(3) Patients themselves understand their condition, and their families know about the study and agree to participate.

排除标准：

① 合并有重要脏器功能障碍疾病、神经系统疾病等（和纳入标准重复）；
② 有精神疾病，或沟通及认知功能无法满足本次研究需要；
③ 病历资料不全；
④ 依从性极差或排斥研究（依从性不应该写排除标准）；
⑤ 近3个月内接受过类似研究；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complication of major organ dysfunction diseases, neurological diseases, etc. (and repetition of inclusion criteria);
(2) Mental disorders, or communication and cognitive functions can not meet the needs of this study;
(3) Incomplete medical records;
(4) Study of poor compliance or exclusion (compliance should not be written exclusion criteria); and
(5) Reception within three months. Similar studies.
