研究目的：

通过对比分析先天性肺气道畸形儿童肺部手术前、后肺功能主要指标的变化，旨在了解儿童先天性肺气道畸形疾病的手术治疗对肺功能的影响，手术切除范围及手术年龄对患儿肺功能恢复的影响，作为评估手术方式和时机的选择，手术的疗效及预后的客观指标，为临床手术治疗提供参考资料。  

Objectives of Study：

Through comparative analysis of the changes in the main indicators of lung function in children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations before and after lung surgery, the aim is to understand the impact of surgical treatment of children with congenital airway malformations on lung function, the scope of surgical resection and the age of surgery. The impact of the recovery of lung function in children is used as an objective indicator to evaluate the selection of surgical methods and timing, the efficacy and prognosis of surgery, and to provide reference materials for clinical surgical treatment.

纳入标准：

1、在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心确诊为先天性肺气道畸形儿童
2、拟行肺部手术治疗的先天性肺气道畸形儿童
3、手术年龄在三岁以下

Inclusion criteria

1. A child diagnosed with congenital pulmonary airway malformation at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center
2. Children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations who are to be treated with lung surgery
3. The surgical age is under three years old

排除标准：

临床症状及影像学证实有气胸、肺大泡、心脏疾病等可引起肺功能受损的呼吸系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Clinical symptoms and videography confirmed that there are respiratory diseases such as pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, heart disease, etc., which can cause impaired lung function
