研究目的：

本研究前瞻性地收集正常妊娠期妇女，分别在孕早期，孕中期和孕晚期检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群，分析外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布与妊娠、妊娠周期、胎儿主要生理发育指标等的相关性，建立我国妊娠期妇女不同孕周期的正常参考范围，为病理妊娠的早期诊断、早期干预奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to set the normal reference interval of the pregnant womens lymphocyte subsets populations in our country, which lay the foundation for the early diagnosis of pathological pregnancy. Our findings could also lay the foundation for the clinical work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄22-40周岁女性；②单胎妊娠③排除内外科疾病（既往无高血压／心脏病／糖尿病／肝炎／肾病／严重贫血／自身免疫疾病／恶性肿瘤／先天性或获得性免疫缺陷综合症）；④无复发性流产／胎儿畸形／死胎等不良孕产史。

Inclusion criteria

1. women aged 22-40 years;
2. Singleton pregnancy;
3. without internal and surgical disease(after having variety of physical examination such as electrocardiogram/hepatic and renal function/blood routine and urine rotine);
4. with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss/Fetal malformation / stillbirth and other adverse pregnancy history.

排除标准：

①近3个月内有严重过敏史、外伤史、手术史者；②有精神疾病史或精神疾病家族史者；③近1个月内有服用药物者；④近1个月内发生重大事件或情绪波动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. having experiencedsevere allergies, trauma history and/or operation history within 3 months;
2. with a history of mental illness and/or family history of mental illness;
3. taking medicine within one month;
4. suffering major events or having mood swings.
