研究目的：

探讨智能手机建立的教育平台强化结肠镜检查患者肠道准备宣的传教育对肠道准备质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of the education platform established by smart phone to strengthen intestinal preparation education for colonoscopy patients on intestinal preparation quality

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁；2）受检者本人或同住者会使用智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18 years old; 2) The subject himself or her cohabitant will use a smartphone

排除标准：

(1)结直肠手术史;(2)严重心力衰竭(纽约心脏II-IV级);(3)慢性肾功能衰竭(2-5期)或精神障碍;(4) 7天内服用利那洛肽史或已知利那洛肽过敏史;(5)正在参与其他临床试验的患者;(6)不签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of colorectal surgery; (2) severe heart failure (New York Heart class II-IV); (3) chronic renal failure (stage 2-5) or mental disorder; (4) history of taking linaclotide within 7 days or known linaclotide allergy; (5) patients who were participating in other clinical trials; (6) patients who did not provide written informed consent.

研究者通过打开不透明密封信封的方式将患者随机分为A组和B组。使用传统方式指导肠镜准备的患者被纳入A组，下一位患者随机被纳入B组，联合使用智能手段指导进行肠道准备教育。

Patients were randomly assigned to group A and group B by opening an opaque, sealed envelope. Patients who had undergone conventional colonoscopy preparation were assigned to group A, and the next patient was assigned to group B, in combination with intelligent enteroscopy preparation education
