研究目的：

通过一项单中心、单臂的观察性研究，收集符合指征的患者进行腹腔镜超声引导下特殊部位肝转移灶微波消融手术，并辅以相应的全身治疗和随访的及时跟进。对患者的术后并发症发生率，转移灶消融效果影像学评估以及3年复发率，生存时间进行分析，探究其有效性及安全性，并以此为基础，深入研究经皮超声引导微波消融及腹腔镜超声引导微波消融各自的优势及选择策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Study of safety and feasibility of laparoscopic ultrasound-guided microwave ablation for liver metastases in colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 年龄：18-80岁；
b. 定性诊断：结肠镜病理活检证实为腺癌或高级别上皮内瘤变；术前影像学正式肝脏病灶为结直肠转移灶;
c. 无肝外转移病灶;
d. 肝转移灶<10个，并且累计<20%肝容积，最大肝转移灶直径≤4cm

Inclusion criteria

a. Age 18-80 year old
b. Pre-operative endoscopy confirmed "adenocarcinoma" Preoperative imaging confirmed that the liver lesion was colorectal metastasis
c. No extrahepatic metastasis;
d. There are < 10 liver metastases and the cumulative liver volume is < 20%. The maximum diameter of liver metastases is ≤ 4cm

排除标准：

a. 同时存在肝外转移灶
b. ASA>3分无法耐受全身麻醉
c. 凝血功能障碍
d. 肿瘤侵犯肝门或左右肝管
e. 胆道扩张
f. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

a. simultaneous extrahepatic metastases
b. ASA score over 3
c. coagulation disorders
d. The tumor invades the hilar or left and right hepatic ducts
e. Biliary dilatation
f. Pregnant or lactating women
