研究目的：

1、主要研究目的 （1）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位在总体手术时间上有无差异 （2）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜碎石手术清石率差异 2、次要研究目的 （1）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜碎石手术患者下肢舒适度差异 （2）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜碎石手术术后并发症发生率是否存在差异 （3）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜碎石手术患者体位摆放前后血压、心率变化的差异 （4）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜碎石手术手术医生手术便利程度是否存在差异 （5）比较新型人字体位对比传统体位应用于输尿管软镜镜碎石手术手术室护士体位摆放便利程度是否存在差异  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives (1) To compare the difference of total operation time between the modified herringbone position and the traditional lithotomy position (2) Compare the difference of stone removal rate between the modified herringbone position and the traditional lithotomy position 2. Secondary research objectives (1) Compare the difference of patients lower extremity comforts undergoing flexiable ureteroscopic lithotripsy with the modified herringbone position compared with the traditional lithotomy position (2) To compare the incidence of postoperative complications in soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy between the new human font position and the traditional position (3) Compare the changes of blood pressure and heart rate of patients with flexiable ureteroscopic lithotripsy before and after the modified herringbone position compared with the traditional lithotomy position (4) Whether there is a difference in surgical convenience between the newmodified herringbone position and the traditional position in the application of flexiable ureteroscopic lithotripsy (5) Comparing the modified herringbone position with the traditional position, whether there is a difference in the convenience of the position placement for nurses in the operating room during flexiable ureteroscopic lithotripsy

纳入标准：

1、研究人群
研究对象1 肾输尿管结石患者
研究对象2 进行输尿管软镜手术的医生
研究对象3 参与手术护士、工勤
2、入选标准
① 确诊输尿管结石及肾结石患者；
② 年龄≥18岁，≤75岁，身体状况良好；
③ 患者无主要器官的功能障碍，血常规、肺、肝、肾功能及心脏功能基本正常；
④ 能理解本研究的情况并签署知情同意书(Informed Consent)。

Inclusion criteria

1. Study population
Population 1: Patient with renal and ureteral calculi
Population 2: Doctors who performed flexiable ureteroscopy
Population 3: Surgical nurses and workers
2. Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnozied with ureteral calculi and kidney calculi;
② Age ≥18 years old, ≤75 years old, good physical condition;
③ The patient had no dysfunction of major organs, and the blood routine, lung, liver, kidney and heart functions were basically normal.
④ They were able to understand the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、排除标准
① 排除严重心脑血管疾病，输尿管严重狭窄，髋关节手术史、腿部活动受限的患者；
② 不愿参加此研究，或撤回知情同意，要求退出试验的患者。
2、中途退出标准
① 未按照本研究方法进行体位摆放者；
② 患者撤回知情同意，要求退出试验；
③ 研究者认为患者因某些原因不适于继续研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria
① Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe ureteral stricture, history of hip surgery, and limited leg movement;
② Patients who were unwilling to participate in the study or withdrew their informed consent and asked to withdraw from the study.
2. Exit criteria
① Those who did not follow the method of this study;
② Patients withdrew their informed consent and asked to withdraw from the trial;
③ Cases in which the investigator considers that the patient is not suitable for further study for some reasons.
