研究目的：

评价盐酸氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素及其联合使用治疗大骨节病的临床效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chondroitin sulfate, Glucosamine hydrochloride, and the two in combination on the symptoms of KBD during a 6-month treatment course.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

临床确诊的大骨节病患者，并计划在本地区居住6个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

We recruited patients with KBD who were capable of giving informed consent and who planned to live in the trial area for at least 6 months.

排除标准：

1、3月内有改善病情类药物及软骨保护剂用药史
2、近期行关节开放性手术史
3、 炎性关节病、痛风、急性膝关节创伤者
4、合并严重疾病，估计不能完成6个月观察者
5、孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had taken any medicine for KBD during 3 months before enrollment, predominant patellofemoral disease, a history of clinically significant trauma or surgery to the index joint, coexisting disease that could preclude successful completion of the trial, or pregnant.
