研究目的：

开发一种基于人体呼出气的无创性肺癌检测新技术及相关装置，为临床肺癌筛查和病情评估提供一种新手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a new technology and related devices for noninvasive diagnosis of lung cancer based on human exhaled breath, and provide a new method for clinical lung cancer screening and disease evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

None 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄50-74岁；
(2)经病理学确诊的原发性肺癌初治患者；
(3)已经经过连续3年低剂量CT筛查随访排除肺癌的健康受试者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 50 to 74;
(2) Primary lung cancer patients with pathological diagnosis and without clinical treatment;
(3) Healthy subjects whose possibility of lung cancer had been ruled out using low dose computed tomography screening for three consecutive years.

排除标准：

患有糖尿病、其他恶性肿瘤、支气管哮喘、重症肝功能损害、终末期肾病及炎症急性期的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those people who have diabetes, other malignant tumors except lung cancer, asthma, severe liver dysfunction, end-stage renal disease and acute inflammation are excluded.
