研究目的：

本研究通过在摇动上颌骨前移前10min用2%盐酸利多卡因注射液经腭大孔阻滞麻醉腭大神经及腭小神经，于不同时间节点记录患者有创动脉血压、心率情况，确定经腭大孔阻滞麻醉腭大神经、腭小神经是否有助于维持患者术中血流动力学的稳定。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the greater palatal nerve and lesser palatal nerve were anesthetized with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection through the great palatal foramen before moving the maxilla forward, and the invasive arterial blood pressure and heart rate were recorded at different time points. To determine whether the anesthesia of the greater palatine nerve and the lesser palatine nerve through the greater palatal foramen block is helpful to maintain the stability of hemodynamics during the operation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①无明显心、肝、肾、呼吸系统和神经系统疾病，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；②均为非综合征性唇腭裂患者，正颌术前均接受过唇裂修复术和腭裂修复术；③需行上颌骨Le FortI型截骨前移术。

Inclusion criteria

①There were no obvious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, respiratory system and nervous system, and ASA grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ ; ②All patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate underwent cleft lip and palate repair before orthopedic surgery; ③Patients who have to undergo maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy.

排除标准：

①非唇腭裂患者；
②严重全身疾病或无法耐受全麻手术的患者；
③本人或家属因受教育程度或其他各种原因拒绝参与试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① non-cleft lip and palate patients.
②Patients with severe systemic diseases or unable to tolerate general anesthesia.
③The patients or their family members refused to participate in the trial because of their education level or other reasons.
