研究目的：

主要研究目的： 通过99mTc-HPArk2 SPECT/CT显像，检测乳腺癌原发灶和转移灶HER2表达情况；探究在原发灶HER2阳性情况下，转移灶是否HER2阳性。 次要研究目的： 1. 评价99mTc-HPArk2 SPECT/CT显像肿瘤摄取高低与疗效是否相关。 2. HER2阳性患者接受赫赛汀治疗，评估治疗后7-10天的显像结果是否可以预测疗效。并监测两个月后再接受赫赛汀治疗时HER2的表达情况，为指导赫赛汀的精准诊治提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purposes: The expression of HER2 in primary and metastatic breast cancer was detected by 99mTc-HPArk2 SPECT/CT imaging. To explore whether the metastatic focus is HER2 positive when the primary focus is HER2 positive. Secondary study objectives: 1. To evaluate the correlation between tumor uptake and curative effect of 99mTc hpark2 SPECT / CT imaging. 2. HER2 positive patients were treated with Herceptin to evaluate whether the imaging results 7-10 days after treatment can predict the curative effect. The expression of HER2 was monitored when receiving Herceptin treatment two months later, so as to provide objective basis for guiding the accurate diagnosis and treatment of Herceptin.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-70岁，可行手术或活检取得病理诊断。
2. 临床拟诊或确诊乳腺癌。
3. 活检已证实有远处器官和组织发生转移，通过IHC分析拟诊或确诊为HER2受体阳性并决定进行赫赛汀治疗。
4. 须由受试者或其法定监护人、照看者书面签署的知情同意书。
5. 如有必要，受试者可由护理人员能够伴随受试者。
6. 在进行任何评估之前，受试者或其法定代理人理解并签署书面知情同意书。
7. 女性受试者须有医疗记录证明其已通过手术绝育（如子宫切除、双侧卵巢切除或输卵管结扎手术）或绝经一年以上；如仍有受孕能力，须在本研究阶段采取隔绝避孕措施。
8. 愿意并且有能力配合本研究的所有项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is 18-70 years old, and the pathological diagnosis can be obtained by operation or biopsy.
2. clinical diagnosis or diagnosis of breast cancer.
3. Biopsy has confirmed metastasis of distant organs and tissues. It is proposed or confirmed to be HER2 receptor positive through IHC analysis, and Herceptin treatment is decided.
4. Informed consent in writing signed by the subject or his legal guardian and caregiver.
5. If necessary, the subject can be accompanied by nursing staff.
6. Before any evaluation, the subject or his legal representative understands and signs the written informed consent.
7. Female subjects must have medical records to prove that they have passed surgical sterilization (such as hysterectomy, bilateral ovariectomy or tubal ligation) or menopause for more than one year; If you still have the ability to conceive, you must take isolated contraceptive measures at the stage of this study.
8. Willing and able to cooperate with all projects of this study.

排除标准：

1. 患有胃肠道、心血管、肾脏、血液系统、内分泌、呼吸系统、免疫缺陷或其他严重疾病。
2. 在过去一年内，因其他临床医疗或科学研究需要，接受过本实验范畴以外的电离辐射，从而使年辐射暴露剂量超过50 mSv。
3. 药物滥用或酗酒史。
4. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
5. 静脉条件差，无法耐受重复静脉穿刺。
6. 1个月内接受过（效果或安全性不明确的）试验性药物或器械治疗。
7. 可能对99mTc-HPArk2注射液组分过敏。
8. 具有任何本研究主持者认为本试验相关任何环节可能造成危害或有潜在危害性的状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, kidney, blood system, endocrine system, respiratory system, immune deficiency or other serious diseases.
2. In the past year, he has received ionizing radiation outside the scope of this experiment due to other clinical medical or scientific research needs, so that the annual radiation exposure dose exceeds 50 mSv.
3. History of drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
4. Pregnant or lactating women.
5. Poor venous conditions, unable to tolerate repeated venipuncture.
6. Have received experimental drugs or devices (with unclear effect or safety) within 1 month.
7. May be allergic to 99mTc hpark2 injection components.
8. Have any situation that the presiding officer of this study believes may cause harm or potential harm to any link related to this test.
