研究目的：

探究基于可穿戴式智能远程康复设备的远程康复系统，在运动医学手术后康复进程中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of remote rehabilitation system based on wearable intelligent remote rehabilitation equipment in the rehabilitation process of sports medicine after surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄介于18-60岁；（2）临床诊断为单侧的初次前交叉韧带损伤（可合并半月板损伤，内侧副韧带损伤）并完成前交叉韧带重建手术（手术方式不限，移植物：自体或异体肌腱）；（3）受伤前有规律参加运动；（4）对于智能设备使用无障碍

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 18 and 60;(2) The patient was clinically diagnosed with unilateral primary ACL injury (meniscus injury and medial collateral ligament injury can be combined) and the ACL reconstruction surgery was completed (all surgical method is available, graft: autologous or allogeneic tendon);(3) regular exercise before injury;(4) Use barrier-free for intelligent devices

排除标准：

（1）合并其他膝关节韧带损伤，或对侧膝关节也有损伤；（2）患侧膝关节手术史；（3）前交叉韧带翻修手术；（4）严重的膝关节骨关节炎或骨肌肉病；（5）下肢存在畸形；（6）无法独立使用智能设备或是使用有困难。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) combined with other knee ligament injury, or contralateral knee injury;(2) history of knee surgery;(3) Anterior cruciate ligament revision surgery;(4) severe knee osteoarthritis or osteomuscular disease;(5) deformity of lower limbs;(6) Unable to use smart devices independently or having difficulty in using them.

在临床试验前，在专业生物统计业人员借助EXCEL随机数字表产生随机分配序列，采用区组随机化方法实现，区组长度为2，根据不同康复方式，按1：1比例将总数120例（符合入选标准的受试对象随机分入试验组（远程康复组）和对照组（传统康复组）。
