研究目的：

探索经静脉射频消融术后深静脉血栓的发生率及抗凝治疗的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the development of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) post-endovenous radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) and the effect of anticoagulant therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

均为阵发性室上性心动过速（包括：房室结折返性心动过速、房室折返性心动过速、局灶性房速）患者。

Inclusion criteria

with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (including atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia, atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, and focal atrial tachycardia) required only endovenous RFCA.

排除标准：

出血疾病不能耐受抗凝治疗者、术前有血栓疾病者、明显肝肾功能异常者、严重心肺功能不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with bleeding disorders in which anticoagulant therapy could not be tolerated, patients with thrombosis prior to the surgery, patients with significantly unusual liver and kidney functions, and patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
