研究目的：

以语言学量表、多模式磁共振为手段，动态观察语言功能变化与脑结构、功能网络改变的关系，评价针刺加语言康复训练的疗效，揭示其恢复机制  

Objectives of Study：

By using linguistic scales and multimodal magnetic resonance, we dynamically observe the relationships between changes of language function and changes of structural and functional brain networks, evaluate the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training, and reveal the recovery mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①西医诊断为脑梗死者，发病1—6个月，年龄35—80岁；
②母语为汉语，右利手；
③有明确的失语症候群，经《汉语标准失语症检查表》筛查为运动性失语，且无明显理解障碍，BDAE失语症严重程度分级≥2分；
④小学以上文化程度；
⑤神志清晰,无其他认知功能障碍；
⑥可配合20分钟的核磁检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as stroke, 1 to 6 months after stroke onset, aged from 35 to 80 years;
2. Native language is Chinese, right-handed;
3. Specific Aphasia syndrome, diagnosed as motor aphasia by China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE), without obvious comprehension problem, the scale of Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)≥2;
4. Primary school and above education;
5. Clear consciousness, no cognition impairment;
6. Being able to cooperate 20 minutes MRI examination.

排除标准：

①严重构音障碍、听觉障碍、认知障碍等原因导致患者不能配合量表评定；
②由于意识障碍和普通智力减退造成的语言障碍；
③因先天或幼年疾病引致学习困难，并造成的语言机能缺陷；
④因心肝肾等重要器官功能损伤，研究者认为不适合参加本研究者；
⑤正在使用经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）疗法，服用哌拉西坦、多奈哌齐、美金刚、溴隐亭、加兰他敏药物治疗，纳入研究后亦不能停止该疗法者；
⑥存在核磁检查禁忌症，如接受心脏起搏器手术、冠状动脉介入术和冠状动脉外科搭桥手术等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious dysarthria, auditory perceptual impairments or cognition disorder, which do not allow the patients to cooperate with batteries examination;
2. Language impairments due to disturbance of consciousness or low Intelligence Quotien(IQ);
3. Learning disability and language function defect due to congenital or childhood diseases;
4. Serious function damage of organs like heart, liver and kidney, and researchers consider not suitable to the study;
5. Patients who are accepting transcranial direct current stimulation therapy, or taking piracetam, donepezil, memantine, bromocriptine, galanthamine, and are not allowed to stop the therapy;
6. Existence of contraindication of MRI, for example, cardiac pacemaker operation, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting(CABG).
