研究目的：

本研究探讨电针是否能减轻止血带引起的炎症反应。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study to test whether TEAS can effectively reduce the inflammatory response induced by tourniquet.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） ASAⅠ -Ⅱ；（2）年龄 18-75 岁；（3）身高体重不限； (4) 患者签署临床试验知情同意书；(5)需要使用止血带的下肢手术患者

Inclusion criteria

1. written informed consent;
2. ASA I-II;
3. Aged 18-75 years;
4. Scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery;
5. the patient using tourniquet in operation.

排除标准：

合谷、外关所在经络有手术切口或手术瘢痕；合谷、外关穴局部有皮肤感染；有上肢神经损伤；有脊柱手术史；对试验中所用药物过敏；窦性心动过缓；严重神经系统疾病（颅内高压、脑疝、脑肿瘤、脑动脉瘤）；严重的呼吸系统疾病（哮喘、气胸、COPD、高反应性气道）；严重的心血管疾病（心肌梗死、动脉夹层）；麻醉药品依赖及近期阿片类药物使用史；甲状腺功能亢进患者；研究者认为不适合参加本次研究的患者。一周内使用过自由基清除剂药物的患者

Exclusion criteria：

with incision, scar or skin infection in heju or waiguan position; the history of study related drug allergy; the history of spinal surgery; sinus bradycardia; severe neurologic systerm diseases; severe respiratory system disease; severe cardiovascular system disease; any other researchers considered unsuitable for patients to participate.Patient use free-radical scavenger in a week
