研究目的：

研究火针针刺法治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of treating dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy after stroke with fire needle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 患者年龄在30-75岁，来自长海医院针灸科、康复科、神经内科。
(2) 病程8个月内。
(3) 所有患者都经头颅CT 或MRI 检查明确诊断为脑梗死,均在中风前可自行吞咽,卒中后才出现吞咽困难。
(4) 发病后除常规西药治疗，未行如针刺、中药、康复等其他治疗；或在短期(1周内)内应用以上治疗无效，已停用30天以上者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients aged from 30 to 75 years old, were from departments of acupuncture and moxibustion, rehabilitation and neurology, Changhai Hospital;
(2) the onset time of patients ≤ 8months;
(3) All patients with cerebral infarction, could void before stroke and appear dysphagia after stroke;
(4)After the onset of treatment in addition to conventional western medicine, not as acupuncture, Chinese medicine, rehabilitation and other treatments; or in the short term (within 1 weeks) the application of the above treatment is invalid, has been disabled for more than 30 days.

排除标准：

(1) 意识不清和精神障碍患者；
(2) 对针灸治疗反感者，依从性差者；
(3) 瘢痕体质，对火针敏感等不适宜者；
(4) 全身营养状况极差，合并严重的心、肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌等系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with unclear consciousness and psychosis;
(2) Patients refused to cooperate with acupuncture;
(3) patients with cicatricial diathesis, such as sensitive to fire needle;
(4) Patients with Poor nutritional status, severe Diseases Such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system diseases.
