综合对比研究微波、射频、海扶、激光及酒精治疗子宫肌层良性病变的优、缺点及临床疗效，探讨原位热消融或药物消融治疗可否成为临床治疗症状性子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的首选方法之一及其临床研究依据  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the advantages, disadvantages and the therapy effects of microwave ,radiofrequency,HIFU,laser and drug for the treatment of benign lesions in myometrium, and to assess whether thermal ablation or drug ablation can be the one of first choice for the treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.

纳入标准：

1、子宫肌瘤2、子宫腺肌病

Inclusion criteria

Uterine fibroids and adenomyosis

排除标准：

1.子宫肌层恶性病变
2.有强烈生育要求

Exclusion criteria：

1. The malignant lesions in uterine;
2. desire for the future pregnancy.
