研究目的：

比较不同剂量甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑(remimazolam)和丙泊酚分别复合布托啡诺用于门诊无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查麻醉的安全性和有效性，研究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的麻醉效果及最佳适宜的麻醉剂量。 探讨不同剂量甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑复合纳布啡用于无痛肠镜检查术老年患者麻醉的适宜剂量和麻醉效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to compare the safety and effectiveness of different doses of remimazolam and propofol combined with Butorphanol in outpatient painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy, and to study the anesthetic effect of remimazolam in painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy and the optimal anesthetic dosage; Objective to investigate the appropriate dose and anesthetic effect of different doses of remidazolam toluenesulfonate combined with nalbuphine in elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者符合麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级；
2.在门诊进行无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的患者；
3.无心血管疾病或是其他并发症。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients were in accordance with the society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II;
2. Patients who underwent painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy in outpatient department;
3. Patients without cardiovascular disease or other complications.

排除标准：

拒绝接受镇静；
有些系统性疾病未得到控制的患者，如高血压、严重的心律失常、不稳定性心绞痛 、哮喘、 急性呼吸系统感染、 肝肾功能不全、 严重肥胖、对麻醉药物过敏等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to accept sedation;
2. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as hypertension, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, asthma, acute respiratory infection, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe obesity, and allergy to narcotic drugs.
