研究目的：

创伤是造成我国人口死亡的重要原因之一，研究创伤患者的病理生理学改变可了解其死亡原因和规律。根据创伤患者相关病理生理学变化特征建立一套高效、精简和易操作的危重症创伤患者死亡风险评分系统以及筛选出相关的病理生理耗竭指标，在诊疗早期根据此评分快速判断患者预后并做出有效干预，能够使治疗更具有针对性，降低患者死亡率并有助于改善患者预后，对疾病的预判和治疗具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Trauma is one of the important causes of death in China. Studying the pathophysiological changes of trauma patients can understand the causes and laws of death. According to the characteristics of pathophysiological changes in trauma patients, an efficient, streamlined and easy-to-operate death risk score system for critically ill trauma patients is established, and relevant pathophysiological exhaustion indexes are screened. In the early diagnosis and treatment, the prognosis of patients is quickly judged according to this score and effective intervention is made, which can make the treatment more targeted, reduce the mortality of patients and help to improve the prognosis of patients. It is of great significance to predict and treat diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. NISS评分≥16分；
2. 各种原因引起的循环功能失代偿，出现休克或需要升压药物来维持者；
3. 出现病理性心动过速或过缓者；
4. 出现呼吸窘迫或呼吸衰竭，需要吸氧或呼吸机支持者；
5. 创伤后经心肺复苏治疗者；
6. 合并有其他危及生命的危险因素而需要紧急治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. NISS score >= 16.
2. Decompensation of circulatory function caused by various causes, shock or the need for booster drugs to maintain.
3. Patients with pathological tachycardia or bradycardia.
4. Patients with respiratory distress or respiratory failure need oxygen inhalation or ventilator support.
5. patients who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation after trauma.
6. Patients with other life-threatening risk factors need emergency treatment.

排除标准：

既往有心脏病、呼吸功能不全、凝血障碍、精神障碍等慢性病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had a history of chronic diseases such as heart disease, respiratory insufficiency, coagulation disorders and mental disorders.
