研究目的：

1.通过测量颈椎疾病术后不同时间点随访的CROM角度值，并与正常人群CROM范围对比评价手术治疗对CROM的影响。 2.通过mJOA、NDI、VAS等问卷评分调查患者术后不同时间点相应评分变化，以了解患者术后评分变化趋势。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To estimate the influence of surgical treatment in patient's cervical range of motion by comparing the CROM of patient in different time point after surgery with normal population. 2.To determinate the trends of mJOA,NDI,VAS score system by questionnaire survey in different time point after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已根据症状、体征、病史、辅助检查等确诊为颈椎疾病的患者；
2.保守治疗疗效不佳，经治疗小组讨论后可行手术治疗方案的患者；
3.具有正常的认知和学习能力；
4.了解并接受本研究的目的及方法，以临床知情同意原则选入受试者；
5.年龄大于18岁成年患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Patient diagnosed cervical spondylosis by case history,complain,symptom,sign,auxiliary examination.
2.Poor treatment effect of conservative treatment,surgical treatment could be accepted after group discussion.
3.Patient with normal academic/cognitive performance.
4.Patient comprehended and accepted the purposes and methods of this study,signed the clinical informed consent.
5.patient's age exceed 18.

排除标准：

1.不接受本研究目的及操作患者；
2.颈部在严格制动期内的患者；
3.操作过程可能造成病情加重者；
4.认知、学习能力存在问题及未成年患者；
5.新出现与已诊断颈部疾病无关的新的颈部不适症状的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patient don't accepted the purposes and methods of this study.
2.Patient in the strict cervical immobilization period.
3.Operation progress may aggravate the disease.
4.Patient with abnormal academic/cognitive performance and age less than 18.
5.New symptom has no relationship with diagnosed spondylosis.
