研究目的：

观察患儿在七氟醚全麻苏醒后喂食棒棒糖对其苏醒期躁动程度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of feeding lollipop after awakening from sevoflurane general anesthesia on the degree of emergence agitation in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）麻醉ASA分级 为I 或 II，年龄2-6岁（2）在七氟醚全麻下行腹股沟疝日间手术的患儿在苏醒出现躁动（PAED 评分≥10分）；(3)家长知情并同意参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA physical status I or II,aged from 2 to 6 years
(2) Scheduled for inguinal hernia repair of day surgery and had awakening agitation (defined as PAED scores≥10)
(3) Parents agreed to participate in this study

排除标准：

(1)患儿父母拒绝签署知情同意书；(2)患儿最近两周有肺炎、哮喘症状、支气管炎或上呼吸道感染；(3)患儿有参与本临床试验的任何药物的过敏史；(4)内分泌或遗传代谢性疾病不适宜食用棒棒糖的患儿；(5)有心理或神经障碍、精神药物或抗惊厥药物使用史的患儿；(6)发育迟缓、注意力缺陷障碍的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

① Parents refused to sign informed consent; ② The child has pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis or upper respiratory tract infection in the last two weeks; ③ The child has a history of allergy to any drug involved in this clinical trial; ④ Children with endocrine or genetic metabolic diseases who are not suitable for eating lollipops; ⑤ Children with psychological or neurological disorders, use of psychotropic drugs or anticonvulsant drugs; ⑥ Children with developmental retardation and attention deficit disorder.
