研究目的：

本课题希望通过宏基因组学测序的方法研究中国汉族孤独症儿童的肠道微生物群落数量和种类与正常健康儿童肠道微生物群落的区别，从而能为孤独症儿童的治疗提供理论性依据，对孤独症儿童进行早期干预，调整肠道微生物群落。同时，本研究对唾液、血液、尿液、粪便中的氧化应激水平、抗氧化水平进行检测与评估，从而为孤独症谱系障碍诊断及致病机制的研究提供重要科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project hopes to use metagenomics sequencing to study the difference between the number and types of intestinal microbial communities in Chinese Han children with autism and normal healthy children, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of children with autism. Early intervention for children with disease to adjust the intestinal microflora. At the same time, this study detects and evaluates oxidative stress levels and antioxidant levels in saliva, blood, urine, and feces, so as to provide important scientific basis for the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and the study of pathogenic mechanisms.

纳入标准：

在武汉儿童医院儿童保健科确诊为孤独症谱系障碍的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

A child with autism spectrum disorder was diagnosed in the Children's Health Department of Wuhan Children's Hospital.

排除标准：

近2周有抗生素及益生菌使用者。

Exclusion criteria：

There have been antibiotics and probiotics users in the past 2 weeks.

ASD组选用在武汉儿童医院儿童保健科确诊为孤独症谱系障碍的儿童，由主治医生会诊确定。对照组的选用由医生采用分层随机抽样的方法进行挑选。
