研究目的：

对比不同的支架移除策略（末次清创同时移除支架VS清创后4周内移除支架）的远期并发症和临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Stent Removal After Endoscopic Transmural Necrosectomy(a novel strategy in which the stents were removed during the last necrosectomy when the ETN endpoint was achieved and the conventional strategy in which the stents were removed when clinical symptoms were relieved and fluid was nearly completely resolved). Long-term complications and clinical outcomes were compared.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合2012亚特兰大急性胰腺炎诊断标准中坏死性胰腺炎的诊断标准；
2）愿意遵守研究程序，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1）Patients diagnosed with necrotizing pancreatitis according to the 2012 Atlanta classification criteria;
2）Signed the informed conse.

排除标准：

1）患者死亡；
2）转外科治疗；
3）失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Patients who died;
2）Surgical therapy;
3）Loss to follow-up.
