研究目的：

比较乳腺癌术后患者不同运动干预的体验，并深入探讨差异的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare experiences with different exercise interventions for postoperative patients with BC and explore in depth the reasons for the differences

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①乳腺癌I期至III期；②手术结束后四个月到两年以内；③放/化疗已经结束。

Inclusion criteria

① Breast cancer stage I to III;② Four months to less than two years after the end of surgery;③ The chemoradiotherapy was finished.

排除标准：

①有沟通障碍或语言障碍，不能独立或者在工作人员帮助下完成问卷；②有癌症转移、病情恶化严重和重性精神类疾病；③有急性自杀史；④有脑器质性精神障碍病变及痴呆；⑤不能够进行中等及以上强度的运动。

Exclusion criteria：

① Had communication or language barriers and were unable to complete questionnaires independently or with staff help;② Had cancer metastasis, severe disease deterioration and severe psychiatric disorders;③ Had a history of acute suicide;④ Had lesions of organic mental disorders and dementia;⑤ Unable to perform exercise of moderate and above intensity.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用半随机分组方法。首先将入组患者按照就诊顺序编号，利用SPSS 22.0生成随机数字表，产生观察单位编号和随机数字，一一对应，将全部随机数字从小到大编序号，按预先规定的序号前2/3为试验组，后1/3为对照组。试验组内依据患者自身意愿选择运动干预方式，从而将试验组患者分到现代运动组和传统运动组。
