Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between early hemodynamic changes and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after acute trauma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 急性创伤后24小时内入院，且同意加入本项研究者并签署知情同意书；② 意识清醒，病情及生命体征平稳者；③ 既往无其他重大创伤事件发生者；④ 情绪稳定、配合研究，且能够有效完成问卷者。

Inclusion criteria

① Admitted to hospital within 24 hours after acute trauma and agreed to join the study and signed informed consent; ② Those who are conscious and stable in condition and vital signs; ③ No other major traumatic events occurred in the past; ④ Those who are emotionally stable, cooperate with the study and can effectively complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

① 严重脑器质性损伤及视物不清者；② 重度精神创伤史、精神疾病或精神发育迟滞者；③ 拒绝参与本项研究者；④ 既往存在高血压史患者；⑤ 存在肝肾功能不全；⑥ 存在血液系统疾病或影响红细胞血红蛋白水平疾病者；⑦ 存在泌尿系统疾病以及高蛋白饮食和服用类固醇药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe organic brain injury and unclear vision; ② People with a history of severe mental trauma, mental illness or mental retardation; ③ Refused to participate in this researcher; ④ Patients with a history of hypertension; ⑤ Liver and kidney dysfunction; ⑥ There are diseases of the blood system or diseases affecting the hemoglobin level of red blood cells; ⑦ The presence of urinary diseases and high protein diet and steroid drugs.
