研究目的：

本研究旨在监测接受PD-1抗体治疗的鼻咽癌患者治疗前、后外周血中白介素2、4、6、8、10以及EBV-DNA（EB病毒）滴度的浓度变化，与患者免疫治疗疗效之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to monitor the changes of interleukin 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and EBV-DNA titer in peripheral blood of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with PD-1 antibody before and after treatment, and the relationship between them and the efficacy of immunotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 签署书面知情同意书；
b) 入组时年龄≥18岁；
c) 病理明确诊断的鼻咽癌患者；
d) 接受PD-1抑制剂治疗；
e) 有可测量病灶，进行疗效评估；
f) 患者具有较好的依从性，受试者必须愿意按照试验方案要求在研究中心完成所有访视评估。

Inclusion criteria

a) Sign written informed consent;
b) Age ≥ 18 years at enrollment;
c) Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with definite pathological diagnosis;
d) Receiving PD-1 inhibitor treatment;
e) There were measurable lesions and the curative effect was evaluated;
f) The patients have good compliance, and the subjects must be willing to complete all visits and evaluations in the research center according to the requirements of the trial protocol.

排除标准：

a) 年龄＜18岁；
b) 无法病理明确的肿瘤；
g) 无可测量病灶。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Age < 18 years;

b) Tumors that cannot be pathologically defined;

g) No measurable lesions.
