检测持续注射法和间断注射法输注哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗危重症患者肺部感染时药物的PK/PD特点。  

Objectives of Study：

to investigate the PK/PD characteristics of continuous and intermittent injection of Piperacillin and Tazobactam in critically ill patients with pulmonary infection.

纳入标准：

入住ICU的危重症患者

Inclusion criteria

Critical patients admitted to the ICU

排除标准：

有血液病或免疫系统疾病、精神系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、半年内曾使用皮质类固醇或免疫抑制剂者

Exclusion criteria：

Those who had blood disease or immune system disease, mental system disease, malignant tumor and those who had used corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drugs within 6 months

采用注射用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦4.5g 加入0.9 %氯化钠注射液配置成100 ml，通过输液泵调控速度输入（输注速度为33.33ml/h），3小时输完液体，每8小时应用1次

Piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5g for injection was added with 0.9% sodium chloride injection to form 100 ml, and the infusion rate was controlled through an infusion pump (infusion rate was 33.33ml/h), after the infusion was completed within 3 hour, the infusion was applied once every 8 hours
