研究目的：

新型无菌硅胶导尿管与传统一次性导尿管在剖宫产手术留置术中的优势与效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparative study on clinical effect of new silicone foley catheter and traditional catheter

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)选择我院产科分娩孕妇；(2)需要留置导尿管24小时以内人员；(3)孕妇及家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1)We selected the pregnant women who delivered in our hospital; (2) The pregnant women who need indwelling catheter within 24 hours;(3) Pregnant women and their families agreed our study.

排除标准：

(1)存在医疗纠纷或者护理隐患的产妇；(2)分娩前有尿路感染症状（3)有其它合并症不能参加本项研究的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)The pregnant women who had medical dispute or nursing risks;(2) The pregnant women who had urinary tract infection before opreation;(3)The pregnant women who had other complpications that can not join our study.
