研究目的：

本研究开发高性能的自动睡眠分期算法通过深度学习分析PSG记录，探讨电针和认知行为疗法联合治疗对慢性失眠患者对睡眠结构、睡眠质量，以及睡眠态度和信念的影响，为非药物综合干预提供临床研究依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a high-performance automatic sleep staging algorithm to analyze PSG records through deep learning, this study will focuse on the effects of electroacupuncture combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on sleep architecture, sleep quality and sleep attitudes and beliefs in patients with insomnia. This research will provide evidences for clinical observations on electroacupuncture through artificial intelligence research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合国际失眠障碍分类标准第3版慢性失眠的诊断标准;(2) 1月≤病程≤2年;(3)年龄18～65岁;(4) 自愿同意调查并在临床试验开始前签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition, DSMIV), (2) aged 18-65 years, (3) experienced insomnia for more than a month but less than 2 years before the trial started, (4) voluntarily agreed with the investigation and signed a written informed consent form before the clinical trial started.

排除标准：

(1) 患者有严重的心血管、肝脏、肾脏或造血系统疾病， (2) 患者失眠是由神经系统疾病(如中风、帕金森病)引起的，(3) 患者失眠是由精神障碍引起的，包括 抑郁或焦虑，(4) 患者有睡眠呼吸暂停病史，(5) 患者是孕妇或哺乳期妇女，(6) 患者已经或正在接受认知行为治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the patient had serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system disease, (2) the patient's insomnia was caused by nervous system disease (eg, stroke, Parkinson's Disease), (3) the patient's insomnia was caused by mental disorders including depression or anxiety, (4) the patient had a history of sleep apnea, (5) the patient was a pregnant or lactating woman, (6) the patient have been or are currently receiving cognitive behavioral therapy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据记录、病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成由监查员审查后，移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。采用ResMan进行电子数据采集及管理，独立的数据录入员审核数据结果。
