研究目的：

本研究是为了观察昼夜节律是否影响接受择期手术的健康成年人喉罩置入时的七氟醚MAC，并滴定出不同时间段成人半数喉罩置入肺泡气有效浓度（MAC LAM）而进行的一项研究，以明确七氟烷的药效时间节律性，从而对不同时间段使用七氟烷进行麻醉诱导喉罩置入提供参考浓度，提高患病者的舒适度，减少出现不良反应的几率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe whether circadian rhythms affected sevoflurane MAC during laryngeal mask insertion in healthy adults undergoing elective surgery, and to titrate the effective concentration of alveolar gas (MAC LAM) for half laryngeal mask insertion in adults at different time periods, so as to determine the temporal rhythm of sevoflurane efficacy. Besides,we can provide reference concentration for anesthesia induced laryngeal mask insertion with sevoflurane in different time periods, improve the comfort level of patients with disease and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄30-65岁。2.行择期短小手术做全身麻醉的患者。3.ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级。4.自愿参加并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. From 30 years old to 65 years old 2.Patients undergoing elective short surgery under general anesthesia 3. ASAI-II级 4. Willing to participate and able to understand and sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.术前肝、肾功能异常 2.既往有异常手术麻醉史 3.有氟烷类药物过敏史 4.有脊髓病变者 5.有恶性高热家族史 6.预计为困难气道 7.癫痫病史 8.肌营养不良症患者 9.饱胃反流误吸高风险患者 10.有喉罩使用禁忌症患者 11.孕妇或产妇 12.三个月内参加过其他药物试验

Exclusion criteria：

1.Abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery 2.Abnormal surgical anesthesia history 3.History of allergy to haloalkanes 4.Patients with myelopathy 5.Family history of malignant hyperthermia 6. Difficult airway 7.History of epilepsy 8.Patients with muscular dystrophy 9. Patients at high risk of emergency, satiety and reflux aspiration 11.Pregnant women and women in childbirth 12.Participated in other drug experiments within three months
