研究目的：

1，对低频电针结合认知行为疗法治疗短期失眠的近期远期临床疗效进行研究。 2，优化短期失眠治疗方案，形成可推广方案。 3，建立短期失眠综合疗效评价体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of low-frequency electroacupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of short-term insomnia. 2. Optimize the short-term insomnia treatment scheme to form a scalable scheme. 3. Establish a comprehensive efficacy evaluation system for short-term insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述疾病短期失眠诊断标准；
（2）受试者年龄 18 岁≤年龄≤70岁，性别不限；
（3）近一个月睡眠困难及相关日间症状发作频率≥1 次/周；
（4）ISI 评分≥8 分；
（5）在参加试验前一个月内未参加其他临床试验，未使用镇定剂、针灸、中草药或其他对失眠的治疗；
（6）自愿并同意配合本研究计划的治疗，签署知情同意书；
（7）能够配合医生完成各项评分等工作。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of short-term insomnia of the above diseases;
(2) The subject's age is 18 years ≤ age ≤ 70 years, regardless of gender;
(3) The frequency of onset of sleep difficulties and related daytime symptoms in recent one month ≥ 1 time / week;
(4) ISI score ≥ 8;
(5) Did not participate in other clinical trials within one month before participating in the trial, and did not use tranquilizers, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine or other treatments for insomnia;
(6) Voluntarily agree to cooperate with the treatment planned in this study, and sign the informed consent form;
(7) Be able to cooperate with doctors to complete various scoring and other work.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心、脑、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病者，以及传染病、急性病、恶性肿瘤者；
（2）继发性失眠（主要包括睡眠障碍、躯体疾病、精神障碍以及药物使用）、睡眠卫生不良或其他原因（时差变化、环境、工作原因等）引起的睡眠障碍者；
（3）孕期或哺乳期的妇女；
（4）出现晕针等严重不良反应者；
（5）不愿意接受研究措施或其他原因不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney, infectious diseases, acute diseases and malignant tumors;
(2) Secondary insomnia (mainly including sleep disorders, physical diseases, mental disorders and drug use), poor sleep hygiene or sleep disorders caused by other reasons (jet lag, environment, work, etc.);
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) Serious adverse reactions such as needle fainting;
(5) Unwilling to accept research measures or unable to cooperate for other reasons.
