基于计算机术前模拟可以精准地指导四肢双骨折切复内固定的手术过程  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the computer preoperative simulation can accurately guide the surgical process of double limb fracture resection and internal fixation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①闭合性双骨折。 ②年龄在18到75岁之间。 ③骨折前无特殊骨骼肌肉系统疾病并可独立行走。 ④ 病例随访时间为1年。⑤对治疗方案知情同意

Inclusion criteria

① Closed double fracture.② They are between 18 and 75 years old.③ There was no special musculoskeletal disease before the fracture and she could walk independently.④ The patients were followed up for 1 year.⑤ Informed consent to the treatment plan

排除标准：

①病理性骨折或陈旧性骨折。 ②开放性尺桡骨骨折。 ③存在出血倾向及免疫力低下易合并感染者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fracture or old fracture; 2. Open fracture of ulna and radius; 3. It is easy to be complicated with infection due to the tendency of bleeding and low immunity.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由助理统计师采用SPSS20.0软件完成，先列出1-40个流水号（患者顺序号），用Computer 中RV.UNIFORM(0,1)产生40个随机数，按照随机数由小到大排序。前20位数字为3D模拟手术组，后20位数字则为常规手术组。将符合纳入标准的患者归类到相应的组别中。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The process was finished by assistant accountant with SPSS20.0 software, 1-40 serial number (patient serial number) was listed firstly, 40 random Numbers were generated by RV.UNIFORM (0,1) in the computer. The first 20 were 3D simulated surgery group and the last 20 were conventional surgery group.
