研究目的：

1. 本研究以PCOS患者为研究对象，评价哈氏补肾化痰方对无生育要求的痰湿型型PCOS患者在月经周期、内分泌水平、中医证候方面的改善作用,并规范哈氏补肾化痰方治疗痰湿型PCOS的诊疗方案，改善痰湿型PCOS患者月经及内分泌水平，减低PCOS患者的经济负担。 2.明确痰湿型 PCOS 患者肠道微生态特征、舌苔菌群及阴道菌群特征，探索哈氏补肾化痰方对痰湿型PCOS患者肠道菌群、舌苔菌群及阴道菌群的影响 3.探究痰湿型PCOS患者外周血白细胞中miRNA的差异表达谱及靶基因和功能预测，并观察哈氏补肾化痰方干预后外周血白细胞中miRNA的差异表达谱的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Taking PCOS patients as research objects, this study evaluated the improvement effect of Hastelloy's Kidney-tonifying and Phlegm-huatan prescription on the menstrual cycle, endocrine level and TCM syndrome of patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS without fertility requirements, standardized the diagnosis and treatment plan of Hastelloy's Kidney-huatan Prescription for the treatment of phlegm-dampness PCOS, and improved the menstrual and endocrine levels of patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS.Reduce the financial burden of PCOS patients.2. To clarify the intestinal microecological characteristics, tongue and vaginal microflora characteristics of patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS, and explore the effects of Hastelloy's kidney-tonifying and phlegm-huatan prescription on intestinal microflora, tongue and vaginal microflora of patients with phlegm-dampness PCOS 3.To explore the differential expression profile of miRNA in peripheral blood leukocytes of patients with phlegm-dampening PCOS and to predict target genes and functions, and to observe the changes of differential expression profile of miRNA in peripheral blood leukocytes of patients with phlegm-dampening PCOS with Hastelloy's kidney-toning and phlegm-reducing prescription.

纳入标准：

①年龄18-40岁；②体重指数＞23Kg/m2；③符合PCOS诊断；④符合中医辨证诊断。

Inclusion criteria

① 18-40 years old;② BODY mass index > 23Kg/m2;③ It conforms to PCOS diagnosis;④ It conforms to TCM syndrome differentiation diagnosis.

排除标准：

①近三个月口服影响试验结果类药物，如抗生素、避孕药或其他激素类药物，胰岛素增敏剂，降脂药等。
②胃肠道疾病（如：腹泻、肠炎等）或处于急性感染期等影响肠道微生态的疾病患者。
③心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器有器质性病变的患者或有精神疾患及其它原因不能配合试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① In the last three months, oral effect test results of drugs, such as antibiotics, contraceptives or other hormone drugs, insulin sensitizer, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.② Patients with gastrointestinal diseases (such as diarrhea, enteritis, etc.) or diseases affecting intestinal microecology in acute infection period.③ Patients with organic lesions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs, or patients with mental disorders or other reasons that cannot cooperate with the test.
