研究目的：

为了验证散结通窍方治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical efficacy of the sanknot tongqi formula in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合腺样体肥大诊断者:(1)主症：睡眠时打鼾，张口呼吸，鼻塞，呼吸暂停
（2）其他症状：咽喉不适感，注意力无法集中、情绪焦躁易怒，反应迟钝。
（3）腺样体面容：鼻根下陷、颌骨变长、唇厚、上切牙外突、面容呆滞。
（4）辅助检查：包括鼻咽部侧位X线片检查及鼻咽镜检查

Inclusion criteria

Consistent with the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy: (1) chief symptoms: snoring, mouth opening breathing, nasal obstruction, apnea during sleep
(2) Other symptoms: throat discomfort, inability to concentrate, emotional irritability, and unresponsiveness.
(3) Adenoid face: depressed nasal root, elongated jaw, thick lip, external protrusion of upper incisors, dull face.
(4) Complementary examinations: including lateral X-ray of nasopharynx and nasopharyngoscopy

排除标准：

1.不符合腺样体肥大诊断者
2.信息采集不完全，影响结果统计者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not consistent with adenoid hypertrophy diagnosis
2. Incomplete information acquisition, affecting outcome statisticians
