研究目的：

本项目在长期手术经验积累的基础上，拟采用“肝实质解剖优先”（Liver parenchyma dissecting-first，LPDF）的方法达到简化肝蒂处理的目的，将其用于ALH，探讨其安全性与有效性；并将LPDF与传统的“肝蒂优先法”比较，探讨其在缩短手术时间和减少术中出血量等方面的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of long-term surgical experience, this project plans to adopt the method of "liver parenchyma dissecting first" (LPDF) to simplify the management of liver pedicle, and use it in ALH to explore its safety and effectiveness; LPDF will be compared with the traditional "liver pedicle priority method" to explore its advantages in shortening the operation time and reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁的肝脏肿瘤患者

Inclusion criteria

Liver tumor patients aged 18-80 years

排除标准：

（1）存在严重心、肺疾病，或脏器功能不全
（2）肝功能欠佳，如显性黄大，腹水等
（3）残肝体积不足
（4）患者及家属不同意LPDF法行ALH手术

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are serious heart or lung diseases or organ dysfunction

(2) Poor liver function, such as dominant jaundice, ascites, etc

(3) Insufficient residual liver volume

(4) Patients and their families disagree with lpdf for ALH
