药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、确诊为ARN的患者（符合日本急性视网膜坏死研究组2015年制定的诊断标准3）；2、临床资料齐全，出院后随访时间不少于1年。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with ARN (in line with the diagnostic criteria 3 established by the Japanese Acute Retinal Necrosis Research Group in 2015); 2. The clinical data is complete, and the follow-up time after discharge is not less than 1 year.

排除标准：

1、合并视网膜变性或裂孔、视网膜光凝术后或玻璃体切除术后患者；2、治疗过程中采用了预防性视网膜光凝治疗的患者；3、因各种原因未接受规范性全身抗病毒及皮质类固醇激素治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with retinal degeneration or tear, retinal photocoagulation or vitrectomy; 2. Patients who have been treated with preventive retinal photocoagulation; 3. For various reasons, they have not received standardized systemic antiviral and Patients treated with corticosteroids.
