本研究的目的是探索ERM在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用，为临床诊治溃疡性结肠炎提供新的靶点，以期将来治愈溃疡性结肠炎。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of ERM in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis, to provide a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis, with a view to curing ulcerative colitis in the future.
