研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨骨髓移植后眼cGVHD患者角膜上皮细胞变化与眼表参数和泪液炎症因子水平的相关性，来验证confocal作为一种上皮缺损检测手段的必要性。我们希望本研究有助于cGVHD的诊断和严重程度评估，并进一步阐明cGVHD患者眼部上皮改变的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation of corneal epithelial cell changes with ocular surface parameters and the level of tear inflammatory factors in patients with ocular cGVHD after bone marrow transplantation. We hope that this study could contribute to the diagnosis and severity assessment of cGVHD, and further clarify the mechanism of epithelial changes of ocular cGVHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为眼部慢性移植物抗宿主病；（2）首次就诊；（3）未接受局部免疫抑制剂治疗

Inclusion criteria

(1) diagnosed with ocular cGVHD; (2) first visit the ophthalmology clinic; (3) had not received topical immunosuppressant treatment.

排除标准：

（1）在过去六个月内做过眼科手术（2）其他眼部疾病（自身免疫性疾病、青光眼、感染、视网膜病、过敏、白内障眼外伤等）（3）由于身体和/或精神状况不佳无法接受共聚焦显微镜检查（4）病案不全（5）无法进行随访

Exclusion criteria：

(1) had ocular surgery in past six months; (2) with other ocular diseases (autoimmune diseases, glaucoma, infection, retinopathy, allergy, cataract, ocular injury and so on); (3)unable to undergo an IVCM examination because of poor physical and/or mental states; (4) incomplete medical records; (5) unable to be followed up and interviewed in the clinic
