研究目的：

探讨中西医结合加速康复方案在腹腔镜全子宫切除+/-输卵管切除手术中的临床应用价值，以期优化中西医结合围手术期加速康复治疗方案，最终形成一个高效优质、创新性的中西医结科妇科术后加速康复共识或指南，指导临床使用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical application value of the accelerated rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in laparoscopic hysterectomy +/- salpingectomy, with a view to optimizing the accelerated rehabilitation program during the perioperative period of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and finally form an efficient, high-quality, innovative combination of Chinese and Western medicine Consensus or guidelines for accelerated rehabilitation after gynecological surgery to guide clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）对照组：采取有循证医学依据的西医加速康复外科围手术期处理方法，包括加强术前宣教、避免术前常规机械性灌肠，规范的术前禁食方案，预防性的抗生素使用，术中麻醉、补液及体温规范管理，多模式止吐，术后24小时内早期下地，术后24小时内早期进食，早期拔除引流管，多模式镇吐，血栓的规范预防。 （2）实验组：在采取有循证医学依据的西医加速康复外科围手术期处理方法的基础上，结合耳穴压豆治疗方法。取皮质下、神门、交感、内分泌、盆腔、三焦耳穴穴位，中药材选用直径 1.5 mm 的王不留行药籽。操作方法：用探针在双耳找到其相应的穴位敏感点并定位取穴，而后用 75%的酒精消毒耳廓皮肤，将粘有王不留行药籽的小胶布（5 mm× 5 mm）对准相应的穴位贴紧，以示指和拇指指腹相对按压，旋转按压 5 min，手术当天术前 2 小时开始，每日按压 5 次为宜，按压以感觉酸胀以及痛但可忍受的程度，使耳廓有发胀、发热、放射感为宜。耳穴治疗共1次（1个疗程），手术当天术前 2 小时进行耳穴贴敷，治疗观察持续3天，从手术当天开始，至术后第2天结束。

(1) Control group: adopt evidence-based medicine based western medicine accelerated rehabilitation surgery perioperative treatment methods, including strengthening preoperative education, avoiding preoperative conventional mechanical enema, standardized preoperative fasting plan, and preventive antibiotic use , Standardized management of intraoperative anesthesia, fluids and body temperature, multi-mode antiemetics, early landing within 24 hours after surgery, early eating within 24 hours after surgery, early removal of drainage tubes, multi-mode antiemetics, standardized prevention of thrombosis. (2) Experimental group: Based on the perioperative treatment method of accelerated rehabilitation surgery of western medicine with evidence-based medicine, combined with the treatment method of ear acupoint pressing beans. Take the subcortical, Shenmen, Sympathetic, Endocrine, Pelvic, and Three Joule acupoints, and use the Wangbuliu medicinal seeds with a diameter of 1.5 mm as the Chinese medicinal materials. Operation method: Use a probe to find the corresponding acupoint sensitive points in both ears and locate the acupuncture points, then disinfect the auricle skin with 75% alcohol, and stick a small tape (5 mm × 5 mm) with Wang Buliu medicinal seeds. ) Align the corresponding acupuncture points tightly, press the index finger and the thumb of the thumb relative to each other, rotate and press for 5 minutes, start 2 hours before the operation on the day of the operation, press 5 times a day, press to feel soreness and pain but tolerable It is appropriate to make the auricle swell, heat, and radiate. There is a total of 1 ear point treatment (1 course of treatment). Ear point sticking is performed 2 hours before the operation on the day of the operation. The treatment observation lasts for 3 days, starting on the day of the operation and ending on the second day after the operation. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合因妇科良性疾病行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术+/-输卵管切除手术治疗的患者
（2）签署知情同意书，自愿接受本方案治疗，在观察周期内坚持并配合治疗；
（3）年龄在35—60岁女性患者；
（4）术前检查未发现合并心、脑、肺、肝、肾等器官的重大病变。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who are eligible for laparoscopic hysterectomy +/- salpingectomy due to gynecological benign diseases
(2) Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily accept the treatment of this program, adhere to and cooperate with the treatment during the observation period;
(3) Female patients aged 35-60 years;
(4) The preoperative examination did not find any major lesions with heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other organs.

排除标准：

（1）合并不稳定的高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管病、肝肾等疾病者；
（2）术前确定合并其他系统疾病可能影响术后恢复者；
（3）术后出现严重并发症者；
（4）中转开腹者；
（5）手术时间≥4h的患者；
（6）耳朵皮肤破溃、感染者；
（7）手术过程意外发现或术中快速病理提示为恶性肿瘤，术中需扩大手术范围或者需二次手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with unstable hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases;
(2) It is determined before the operation that other system diseases may affect the postoperative recovery;
(3) Severe complications occur after surgery;
(4) Transit to laparotomy;
(5) Patients with operation time ≥ 4h;
(6) Those with ear skin rupture and infection;
(7) Patients who are accidentally discovered during the operation or rapid pathology during the operation suggest a malignant tumor, and the scope of the operation needs to be expanded or a second operation is required during the operation.
