研究目的：

使用iSIM的高龄体验教学法，提高低年资护士老年知识储备，改善低年资护士对老年的态度  

Objectives of Study：

Use iSIM's advanced age experience teaching method to increase the knowledge reserve of younger nurses and improve the attitude of younger nurses towards the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）综合医院护士；（2）他们符合工作年限1≥1年，同时工作年限≦3年；（3）科室不限，年龄不限，男女不限；（4）愿意加入的护士。

Inclusion criteria

(1) General hospital nurses; (2) They meet the working life of 1 ≥ 1 year, and the working life of ≦ 3 years at the same time; (3) There is no restriction on the department, age, and gender; (4) Nurses willing to join.

排除标准：

（1）工作年限<1年；（2）工作年限>3年；（3）参加过高龄体验的护士；（4）小儿科护士；（5）妇产科护士；（6）不愿意加入的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Working years <1 year; (2) Working years> 3 years; (3) Nurses who have participated in advanced age experience; (4) Pediatric nurses; (5) Obstetrics and gynecology nurses; (6) Nurses who are not willing to join .
