明确生物反馈电刺激早期干预治疗经括约肌间切除术后低位前切除综合征的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback and electrostimulation as an early intervention in the treatment of low anterior resection syndrome following intersphincteric resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-75岁低位直肠癌拟行经括约肌间切除手术患者；②符合低位直肠癌Rullier分型:Ⅱ、Ⅲ型；③保肛同时行末端回肠转流性造口。

Inclusion criteria

①Adults (aged 18 to 80) with low rectal cancer who will undergo sphincter preserving surgery; ②Types Ⅱto Ⅲ low rectal cancer in accordance with Rullier surgical classification; ③Patients underwent SPS with a temporary diverting ileostomy

排除标准：

①术前存在明显肛门失禁，WIS评分>10；②术前存在肛门括约肌损伤、肛门畸形；③术前评估不能耐受手术者；④未实现保肛或未行预防性造口；⑤术后无法接受生物反馈治疗者，包括吻合口并发症、肿瘤局部复发、一般情况差等；⑥IV期肿瘤患者；⑦有心脏起搏器植入患者；⑧拒绝入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Anal incontinence before surgery (WIS>10); ②Pre-existent anal deformity or sphincter injury; ③Can't tolerate surgery; ④Did not perform sphincter saving resection or without a temporary diverting ileostomy
; ⑤Unable to cooperate with intervention treatment, including anastomotic morbidity, tumor recurrence, poor general condition, et al.; ⑥Tumor stage Ⅳ; ⑦Patients with pacemaker implantation; ⑧Refused to participate in the clinical trial.
