研究目的：

全膝关节置换术是治疗骨关节炎晚期的患者的主要方法，可明显改善膝关节功能并减轻疼痛，是20世纪以来最为成功的外科手术之一。步态分析技术是利用红外线摄影机、 测力平台和表面肌电仪等设备采集受试者的数据， 经计算机软件处理后得到下肢的运动学、 动力学以及肌群肌电信号变化的方法， 具有无创、 动态、 客观等特点。Vicon运动捕捉系统是目前公认的能够完整而准确测量人体运动时关节运动学、 动力学等参数的测试分析系统。它可以量化步态过程中的时空参数、 膝关节的活动范围、 地面反作用力、 关节载荷。本研究拟应用Vicon运动捕捉系统研究全膝关节置换术后早期康复及步态变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Total knee replacement, the mainstay of treatment for patients with advanced stages of osteoarthritis, which significantly improves knee function and reduces pain, is one of the most successful surgical procedures performed since the 20th century.Gait analysis is a method to collect the data of the subjects by using equipment such as infrared camera, load platform and surface electromyography, which is processed by computer software to obtain the kinematics, dynamics of the lower limbs as well as the EMG signal changes of muscle groups, and has noninvasive, dynamic, objective and other characteristics.The Vicon motion capture system is currently recognized as a test and analysis system capable of complete and accurate measurement of parameters such as joint kinematics and dynamics in human motion.It can quantify spatiotemporal parameters during gait, range of motion at the knee, ground reaction forces, joint loads.This study intends to apply the Vicon motor capture system to study early rehabilitation and gait changes after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①初次全膝关节置换术，术前标准诊断为骨性关节炎患者；
②Kellgren -Lawrence 骨关节 X 线分级为Ⅲ ～Ⅳ级;
③无侧副韧带缺损；
④同意并配合接受随访工作。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary total knee arthroplasty with a preoperative standard diagnosis of osteoarthritis patients;
2. The Kellgren-Lawrence grade of osteoarticular X-ray was III-IV;
3. No collateral ligament defects;
4. Agreed and coordinated to follow-up.

排除标准：

① 既往有膝关节手术史；
②存在膝关节置换手术禁忌证或不能耐受手术；
③合并髋、踝关节疾病；
④影像资料缺失、失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of knee surgery;
2. Presence of contraindications to knee replacement surgery or intolerance to surgery;
3. Comorbid hip and ankle disorders;
4. Patients with missing imaging data and lost to follow-up.
