研究目的：

评价体外冲击波治疗(ESWT)联合等速肌力训练(IST)对脑卒中患者下肢小腿三头肌痉挛的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the clinical effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) combined with isokinetic strength training (IST) on calf triceps spasm in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2018 版中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南中脑出血、脑梗死的诊断标准，经MRI或CT证实[13]；②单侧偏瘫；③30≤年龄≤80岁；④病程≥3个月；⑤痉挛程度：采用改良 Ashworth 痉挛分级评定下肢小腿三头肌肌张力>0 级且≤3级；⑥运动功能水平采用 Brunnstrom 法评定为III ~ V阶段。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction as outlined in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and confirmed by MRI or CT [13]; ② age ≥30 years; ③ disease duration more than three months; ④ MAS score more than one and less than four for the lower limb calf triceps muscle tension; ⑤ Brunnstrom?stage: III ~ V; ⑥ Patients with no cognitive problems, and can understand and follow simple verbal instructions.

排除标准：

①三个月内接受过肉毒毒素注射或两周内接受口服抗痉挛药物治疗；②患有严重认知障碍；③骨关节疾病患者，如骨折未愈合、类风湿关节炎、骨质疏松等；④双侧肢体偏瘫患者及严重心、肝、肾等脏器疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Received botulinum toxin injection within three months or oral antispasmodic treatment within two weeks; ② Patients with bone and joint diseases, such as unhealed fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, bone porosity, etc.; ③ Patients with bilateral limb hemiplegia and severe heart, liver, kidney, and other organ diseases.

由一名治疗师从随机数字表中任意一个数开始，按同一方向给每一位受试者一个随机数字，将随机数除以组数3求余数，按余数0，1，2分为对照组，冲击波组和等速+冲击波组
