研究目的：

研究的目的是在髋部手术中，检验这种髂腰肌间隙阻滞是否能提供与后路腰丛阻滞相似的术后镇痛。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to examine whether iliopsoas space block could provide postoperative analgesia similar to that provided by posterior lumbar plexus block during hip surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄50及岁以上，ASA分级I - III，拟行髋关节手术

Inclusion criteria

Age 50 and older , ASA grade I-III,patients preparing for hip surgery

排除标准：

①　穿刺部位感染
②　髋关节手术史
③　已有下肢神经损伤
④　局部麻醉禁忌症
⑤　局部麻醉药过敏史
⑥　凝血功能障碍
⑦　滥用药物或酒精
⑧　每日服用止痛药
⑨　不能与研究人员合作的患者
⑩　合并其他部位外伤

Exclusion criteria：

①　Puncture site infection
②　History of Hip surgery
③　There was nerve damage in the lower extremities
④　Contraindications of local anesthesia
⑤　History of allergy to local anesthetics
⑥　coagulation disorders
⑦　Drug or alcohol abuse
⑧　Take painkillers daily
⑨　Patients who can't cooperate with researchers
⑩　Combined with other site trauma
