研究目的：

对比不同类型青光眼患者前房水中蛋白标记物的表达水平差异，探究青光眼的发病机制，为青光眼的个性化及精准治疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

To compare protein markers differences in aqueous humor (AH) of different types of glaucoma to opens venues to fuether investigations regarding the pathogenesis in glaucoma and to discovery of new targets and pathways for potential therapeutic intervention for the treatment of glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

POAG被基础术视野定义为（1）青光眼视光神经病理（GON），（2）汉弗莱场分析仪上的特征视野缺陷，（3）通过GONIOSCOPY开放前室角度，（4）升高IOP> 21 mm Goldmann Applanation Tonometer的HG;
如果杯/盘不对称> 0.2在眼睛，边缘稀释，切除，挖掘，挖掘或视网膜神经纤维层缺陷之间，则诊断出肺螨神经病变（GON）。
特征化石瘤性视野缺陷是Bjerrum，Seidel，副探测器或汉弗莱视野上的鼻腔，其中簇的3个或更多个相邻点抑制> 5dB或2相邻点抑制> 10 dB。

Inclusion criteria

POAG was defined as (1) glaucomatous optic neuropathy (GON) by fundoscopic examination, (2) characteristic visual field defects on the Humphrey Field Analyzer, (3) open anterior-chamber angle by gonioscopy, and (4) elevated IOP > 21 mm Hg by the Goldmann applanation tonometer;
Glaucomatous optic neuropathy (GON) was diagnosed if either cup/disc asymmetry >0.2 between eyes, rim thinning, notching, excavation, or retinal nerve fiber layer defect.
Characteristic glaucomatous visual field defects were Bjerrum, Seidel, paracentral scotoma, or nasal step on Humphrey visual fields, with clusters of 3 or more adjacent points depressed >5 dB or 2 adjacent points depressed >10 dB.

排除标准：

（1）受试者任何一只眼有活动性的眼部感染或眼部炎症，如活动期沙眼、眼内炎 （2）受试者有眼睑或眼部周围皮肤炎症反应，如前部睑缘炎、特应性皮炎、酒糟鼻、春季卡他性结膜炎等 （3）受试者有眼睑异常，如睑内翻、睑外翻、眼睑肿瘤、眼睑闭合不全、严重倒睫、严重上睑下垂等 （4）受试者既往有严重角膜病变，如角膜化学伤、角膜营养不良等 （5）受试者在检查前3个月内有眼部手术史或外伤史 （6）研究者判断受试者无法依从研究要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1) had active ocular infection or inflammation such as active allergic conjunctivitis, active trachoma, endophthalmitis, etc.;
2) had inflammation of the eyelid or the skin surrounding the eye, such as anterior blepharitis, etc.;
3) had eyelid abnormalities, such as eyelid varus, ectropion, eyelid tumor, eyelid insufficiency, severe trichiasis, severe ptosis, etc.;
4) had previous severe corneal damage, such as corneal chemical injuries, corneal dystrophy, etc.;
5) had a history of previous ocular surgery within 3 months of examination.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时，完整、正确、清晰的载入病例报告表，录入采用相应数据库系统，双人双机录入。之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

based on the original observation records,researchers will completely write accurate data into case forms in time ,input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.after that,researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will conserved and backup.
