研究目的：

本研究拟通过序贯试验测量尼卡地平预防垂体后叶素诱发循环变化的药效学研究（ED50），为降低垂体后叶素诱发腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者心血管不良反应的发生提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to provide a clinical basis for reducing the incidence of posterior pituitary-induced cardiovascular adverse effects in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy by measuring the pharmacodynamics of nicardipine to prevent posterior pituitary-induced circulatory changes (ED50) in a sequential trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择择期行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者，ASA I或Ⅱ级，年龄26～45岁，BMI 18～25kg／m2。

Inclusion criteria

Patients selected for elective laparoscopic myomectomy, ASA class I or II, age 26-45 years, and BMI 18-25 kg/m2.

排除标准：

与患者交流困难，有内分泌、中枢神经系统疾病，术前诊断高血压病，心脏病，糖尿病的患者，子宫多发性肌瘤瘤体数≥5个，瘤体直径>10 cm。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with communication difficulties, endocrine and central nervous system disorders, preoperative diagnosis of hypertension, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, multiple uterine fibroids with ≥ 5 tumours and tumour diameter > 10 cm.
